OUR COMPANY

Tanya Chappell, Broker/Owner has been working in the property management and real estate industry in the Gainesville and surrounding counties for over thirty years. She is a licensed broker and a member of our local Board of Realtors where she serves on numerous committees that are designed to maintain professionalism in real estate and further education and compliance in the field. As the 2018 MLS (multiple listing service) President, she helps in shaping the rules and policies for our local Boards MLS.

Tanya is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Through IREM, Tanya has had special training and courses in property management and has earned the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.

When you hire a CPM, you hire a versatile specialist. A CPM is trained to handle the full range of real estate management tasks, with skills covering the financial, legal, social, economic and physical areas essential to property performance.
